Swiss medical Network - Genolier Fundation in Genèva (Switzerland)

The Foundation of the "Swiss Medical Network" group - Genolier Fundation - of Geneva offered our association an O-Arm type CT scan from Medtronic for neurosurgery, thus enabling the team of surgeons at the university hospital and community of Dhulikhel - Kathmandu to optimally treat operations with disadvantaged patients who do not have the means to benefit from this technology for spine operations, brain surgery and orthopedics. The team of surgeons were trained in Singapore on this new technology (neuro-navigation) and will thus be able to assume the use of the O-Arm and transmit their knowledge to the students. This will be the 2nd device of this type in Nepal for 30 mil. inhabitants Many thanks to our donor and his future contribution for cooperation with doctors and surgeons.
